I'm the guy that started this post, the problem with the horn. Anyways, I solved the problem!!! The contact that is spring loaded that's supposed to come in contact with the canceling cam was stuck and was not making contact with the contact ring. I put a couple of drops of all purpose oil to lubricate the spring loaded contact and now it works. Now the spring loaded contact comes up to the hon contact ring and makes proper contact. It took me about a total of 6 hours to solve the problem. It was a pain, and all just for a couple of drops of oil.
