I have a '66 C series Ford truck. It's in fantastic condition as it was used as a fire truck (tanker) since new. It now has an 18' flatbed and hauls hay, pulls trailers, and just general farm use. It has power steering and leaks fluid like crazy. The hydraulic cylinder is fine is the "brain" that is leaking. Does anyone know a source for a replacement unit? It is my understanding that this one had been rebuilt a few years ago but it's leaking again.

Hi... I've got a 66 C700 also. Am about to put on a power steering unit from a 1986 C Series... have the hardwared and piston, but am looking for the pump and brackets.

Also looking for anyone else who owns a C-Series and wish to make a yahoo group for that particular Ford truck style.

Thanks,
Ramble'n Randy

All that is in the valve on the drag-link is some O-Rings.

Thanks. That at least sound like a relatively inexpensive repair!
